March 27, 2008, Vancouver, BC: Lateegra Gold Corp. (the "Company") (TSX.V: LRG Frankfurt: LTG) held its Annual General Meeting on March 20, 2007. All agenda items, as outlined in the circular, were approved, and all company directors were re-elected.
The Company is also pleased to announce that it has retained KCrew Communications Inc to help with investor awareness activities in Canada.
KCrew Communications is a Vancouver based Investor Relations firm with extensive experience and contacts in the investment community. KCrew will be involved in enhancing corporate publication materials, as well as presenting and organizing presentations to current and prospective shareholders. Terms of the three month agreement with Kcrew call for payment of $8,500 per month.
