El Condor, Equador

The 100% owned El Condor Concession is surrounded by Kinross's Fruta del Norte property in Ecuador. In 2006 the Company conducted a program of geological mapping, stream sediment, rock and soil sampling over the entire 242 hectare concession. 971 soil samples were taken and analyzed utilizing MMI (Metal Mobile Ion) Technology® at ALS-Chemex laboratories.

Additional work is required on this property to determine suitable locations to commence drilling activities. While the political situation in Ecuador prevented the company from performing follow-up exploration, management believes the situation is improving and will allow for further exploration of this property in the near future.
